1. Nature of Services
Notixo provides digital communication services including Bulk SMS, OTP delivery, WhatsApp Business API, Voice SMS, and RCS messaging. These services are consumed in real time once messages are processed and delivered through telecom networks and platform providers.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in cases where a verified technical failure is directly attributable to Notixo’s internal systems.
- Unused messaging credits (where applicable)
- Unutilized service components due to confirmed system error
All refund requests must be submitted with relevant documentation or evidence for proper evaluation.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Messages already processed or delivered
- Executed campaigns or completed messaging activity
- Credits already used for messaging transactions
- Custom integrations or enterprise deployments
Custom development and enterprise configurations involve dedicated technical resources and are therefore non-refundable.
4. Refund Request Process
Clients must submit refund requests in writing via our official support channels within a reasonable time from the date of the issue. Each request will be reviewed carefully, and decisions will be communicated after technical validation.
